DepoMaster is a cloud-based warehouse and inventory management application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and with whom we share it when you use our app.
DepoMaster uses Supabase as its cloud backend. The following data is collected and stored on secure Supabase servers:

DepoMaster integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertising networks or data brokers.
User authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Sessions are securely persisted on your device using encrypted local storage. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
Photos you attach to products are uploaded to and stored in Supabase Storage. These images are associated with your account and accessible only within your workspace. You can delete product images at any time from within the app.
DepoMaster offers a Yearly Pro auto-renewable subscription. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple. We do not collect or store credit card or payment information. RevenueCat is used to verify and manage entitlements. Your subscription status is stored in our database linked to your account ID.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible until you request deletion. Upon account deletion, all personal data and inventory records are permanently removed from our servers.
DepoMaster is intended for business use and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the link below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
